Brittany Ainsworth

Owner / Operator

Growing up in Vero Beach, FL, Brittany began working at Chick-fil-A at the age of 15. She attended Southeastern University, where she met her husband, Chad. They now have two daughters, Claire and Autumn. After graduation, Brittany pursued a career with Chick-fil-A, working in various locations and roles, including as a Director and interim manager. In July 2016, she was granted her first store in Midland, TX. She later took over The Gardens location in December 2018. Then August 2024 she transition to Chick-fil-A Fort Pierce. Brittany’s passion is to equip, empower, and encourage her team. She looks forward to many years of making a positive impact.
